New graduate student, Maddison, joins the lab!

New masters student, Maddison Orquiz

In Fall 2025, Maddison will be starting her Masters degree in Biological Sciences at the University of the Pacific. Working with Dr. K in the Cal Restoration Ecology Research Lab, she will be investigating the effects of microplastics on endangered vernal pool plants in central California! Please give Maddison a warm welcome when she arrives here from San Antonio, TX!
